Punctuality
All players are required to arrive exactly at their scheduled booking time, avoid arriving too
early or late.

Game Introduction
All participants must sign a waiver prior to participation.
A short introduction video must
be watched before

No Use
of Force
No puzzle or props should ever be forced. The use of force is
strictly forbidden.
If solved properly, all components will open automatically
on their own
Do Not Press Emergency Buttons
Emergency buttons must not be pressed as a joke or for fun. Use them only in a real emergency.
If activated, the game will be stopped and all participants
will be required to exit
Do Not Touch Above
2Meters
For safety and gameplay reasons, climbing or touching anything above 2 meters is prohibited.
Everything needed to complete the game will be easily within reach
Pay Attention to Warning Signs
Real warning signs are posted throughout the room.
Any object or area marked with a warning sign is not part of
the game and must not
be touched
Time Limit
You will have 60 minutes to complete your mission and
reach the ending.
The timer starts immediately
upon entering the room
Hints
You may request unlimited hints using the in-room devices or by speaking to the Game Master
via microphone at
any time
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will reduce your
available play time.
If you are more than 10 minutes
late, your booking will be
automatically canceled and a cancellation fee of 50% of the
total reservation will apply
No-Shows
If you fail to show up, your reservation will be automatically canceled and a penalty fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged, invoiced and due within 15 working days.
You will be restricted from making future bookings at our locations
Name, Title
For all other experiences, anyone 14 or younger must be accompanied by an adult inside the room throughout the game. IMPORTANT: Infants, strollers and pets are not allowed for safety reasons
Early Exit
Participants are free to exit the experience at any moment; however, no refund is provided. Once you leave, you will not be permitted to return or continue the game in any way
Additional Players
It is possible to include a seventh player for an extra charge. Please note that our experiences are designed for 6 people and going beyond this number may affect comfort, available space, and the level of immersion
Personal Items & Belongings
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. High heels are not permitted. Mobile phones and personal items are not allowed inside the room and must be stored in the designated lockers
Unsuitable Conditions
Guests are not allowed to take part in the experience under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If any participant is considered unfit to play, the reservation may be canceled with a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
